My favorite length of Yoga Class is?
Added 2024-06-04 17:54:54 +0000 UTCI am trying to gauge how long to make the yoga classes. A traditional class is an hour, but I get so much feedback that people prefer the shorter 20 to 30-minute classes. I am curious what you fancy most:) Thank you for taking the time to provide your opinion!

Hi everyone thanks so much for your input :) I'll make sure we are mixing it up a bit so we have more variety in our class times. This week I'll sneak in an hour-long class for Patreon only, as well as a 30 minute class or 2 :)
