Thanks for coming along on this journey with me :0 I have another adventure planned next week in a different area. It was such a fun time I think I will do several of these outings a month:)
Today I will be filming the last Patreon and YouTube class of the week probably another personal practice too. Those will come out over the next several days as well as meditation!
