■今日は90km+61kmほど走りまして、獲得標高は2200m。新しいルートを試したら余計に時間がかかってがっかり…。
Today I ran about 90km + 61km and gained 2200m in elevation...I was disappointed that it took me extra time to try a new route...
当地は明日から冷え込みが強まるとの予報ですので、明日は自宅で絵でも描いてゆっくりしたいと思います。
The forecast for our area is that it will get colder tomorrow, so I would like to relax at home tomorrow by painting or something.
