I totally get Gilbert not being willing to dive in emotionally with a guy who is so in the closet he’s had a long term girlfriend for years. They can both want more and better and Gilbert is being real clear about his boundaries while SOMEONE seems to want to have the fully devoted boyfriend when it suits

Like being closeted sucks but im assuming Gilbertknew that going in, and feeelings puts a whole nother perspective on the fact that Gil tried to out him… can’t see this as anything other than toxic atp.
