The sense of scale with the couch. The stretch of the fabric opening up a view of her chest and abdomin like a frame artificially making them look even longer. The way they rest on the back of their curving neck on the pillow. The hand simplifying and changing as it matches the developments going on bellow. The way you have the horns starting to form as well from a point and spreading out correctly. This whole thing is as sensual as it's beautiful!
