At Home: Another Private Equity Bankruptcy

I figured it would be a good idea to check one out. What I found was a store that was way too big and was devoid of people. It was a truly bizarre experience.

We have an At Home store in Omaha which is much smaller in size. It is also usually busy. Their seasonal sections for halloween and christmas are fairly large. But, besides the holiday decor we don't really have any reason to shop there.

2025-06-15 16:07:19 +0000 UTCI don't think I've seen or heard of one of these stores before! It looks like it's the aesthetics and lighting of a Walmart, the size of an IKEA, but with stuff you can get for a better price at Ross/Marshalls. 😅
