The Haunting of Hill House S1 E7 * FULL LENGTH REACTION

That monologue! Oh wow, casting is so good!!

And Luke... I have a feeling he's going to the house and things will not go smoothly.

Tension is increasing at an alarming rate πŸ˜…

Theo and Dad at the end...?! Holy cripes!!

The next few episodes are going to be absolutely insane, aren't they 🀩

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch along.  You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

At some point we'll reach the best episode right? Or it's possible that it'll just keep getting better and better until the last episode!!! Yes!! The little callbacks are fantastic, it shows so much time and care has been put into the script πŸ₯° Being misled is all part of the fun, and rewatching things to see a different perspective or understanding. And it's definitely a series that I'll be watching more than once hahaha I completely understand Steve and his point of view, but I'm watching this and reacting to how I would feel in that situation when I have more information. At least, that's what I enjoy seeing from reactors, instead of just being passive and understanding everything from everyone's point of view. Some personalities sit well with some people while it doesn't with others, that's the fascinating thing about humans. You may notice this, but I tend to be less patient with characters that are brash and seem to always talk over others, or not let others speak their mind. I understand them, but it's not a trait that I enjoy being around. There are different ways of going about situations, I'm not a fan of Steve's way, that's all. I love Theo's little romance, it tells us so much about her in a subtle way 🀩 She's definitely the character that I relate to the most, I love seeing her in any scene lol

This show keeps getting better and better with each episode...🀩 I loved the little call backs to earlier episodes, like hearing the younger dad say "Fothermucker", after we heard it several times from Steve in the beginning. Now we know where he got it from. Your thoughts were interesting but you got misled one or two times. While we're at it, did you notice the ghost behind the police officers in the basement in this episode? Mr. Dudleys monologue was a great piece of acting. Technically there's just this middleaged man telling a story, but we hang on every word he says and it feels like we were there with him and his wife. The camera did it's part by ever so slowly kreeping closer to Mr. Dudleys face...πŸ‘Œ The dad being unable to say what he wants so desperately say to his children is so relatable to me and Lukes words about Nell being his big sister simply broke my heart...πŸ™ˆ I get your frustration with Steve, but really, try to put yourself in his shoes. From his point of view an illness makes total sense and he is so afraid to lose more family members to it and to fall victim to it himself...πŸ€” I'm glad that Theo let her two-night-stand become more (since she clearly cares about Theo) and opens up to her as soon as she calmed down a bit...😊
