Added 2025-10-23 15:00:11 +0000 UTCA very solid successor!! There was so much heart, and I'll always enjoy seeing Stallone as Rocky!! That character just makes the world a better place. He's still the same, but he's much wiser now.
A lot of great moments and new and old characters!!!

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the movie. You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

There are similarities yeah, but the characters are so very different which makes it good! I'm so glad they created a good story to build on 🤩

2025-10-28 14:28:30 +0000 UTCYou could say this movie is basically a remake of rocky 1 with Michael B Jordan as Rocky and Stallone as Mickey. And I would say I don't care I still love it. They do such a great job with the way its all weaved together. Using all that lore an nostalgia to push this film franchise into a new era. In a world where things get rebooted and remade with zero reverence for the thing they are remaking/rebooting, this to me is one of the best examples of how how a franchise can pass the torch and not just be rebooted as if the original didn't exist. And I cant wait for your reactions to the next two.

I would’ve appreciated if the filmmakers said his wife and he were separated at the time or going through issues to sort of mitigate his guilt in that respect. Regardless - mama Creed - what a wonderful woman being able to take in her former husband’s love child that wasn’t hers. I can’t imagine how difficult that would be.
