The Last of Us Season 2 Episode 7 (2025) * FULL LENGTH REACTION

What an episode!!!

I am so hyped for season 3, and I love how we got to see more of Jesse and what he's like. I love the story, and the fact that there will be a few episodes for Abby's point of view next season is exciting.

I think Ellie and Jesse's interactions have been fascinating because of their differences, and similarities. Jesse and Tommy are the MVPs for coming to Seattle, though it's so unfortunate what just happened.

Anyways... next season... Abby, WLF and MORE!! 🥰🤩

Also... what a cliffhanger 😭🤣

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the movie.  You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

Thank you so much everyone for your support, you are the best!!

Ugh I replied using the Patreon app and it seems to not have sent... The point of Ellie washing up on the island is to show us that it's the Scars' island. We then also see explosions on the island, and the bell ringing and the Scars realizing that their village is in trouble. Seeing the WLF all on boats, and Isaac saying he and Park will most likely be dead by morning, not all makes sense. They are attacking the Scars. Ellie almost getting hanged is to show that the Scars will kill anyone, not just WLFs, and even the kids are taught that, and Ellie knows that for sure now. Jesse said it earlier, but sometimes it's hard to believe that kids would do that, but she's seen it. Anyways, that's how I see it. Tommy is the only one that I don't want dying lol I'm just very VERY curious to see Abby, Isaac and friends' point of view next season!!!

That’s a really interesting point regarding the second game and the narrative progression. I don’t think I’m ever going to play it at this point. I did love the first game though, and became more deeply invested in it than season one of the show. You’ve also reminded me of how many times I failed during the David section of the game, but I do suck at most games now.

With all the talk surrounding season 2 I was expecting to not like it. However, for me, it was no where near as bad as some people had me believe. I do think killing Joel created a massive problem for the feel of the show though, it’s just not the show it was in season 1. In itself that doesn’t have to be a bad thing, shows change and evolve, but in this instance it’s left lacking characters I’m fully invested in and want to succeed. I pretty much dislike or hate everyone at this point, with the exception of Dina and Tommy, but they’re not going to cut it. Having a Joel/Ellie centric episode just reminded me too much of what I was missing. I’m still interested to see where the story goes, but I don’t think I care enough for those we have left to follow. But let’s see. Regarding this specific episode, what the hell was the point of the Scars scene with Ellie washing up on the island and nearly getting hanged? It felt like pure filler, just to drag out her reaching Abbey’s building. Oh, and why would Ellie be so naive to let the dude bring her the map? She has a woman who seems pretty compliant versus the man who’s trying to stop her saying she’ll kill us either way. Made no sense to me whatsoever.

Thank you, Vero! 🧟‍♀️

Great season finale, though to be honest, as with the game I didn’t enjoy it as much as season one. I understand where they’re going with the story and the whole point but I tend to get burnt out real quick with these “everyone is equally bad” type of stories. I do think HBO did the show better than the game this time around though. The problem with the game is that you’re forced to actively do things you know to be wrong but must do in order to move the story along. In the show we at least get a distance from that. There’s really no one to root for here so I don’t feel as invested. Nonetheless I still can’t wait for the third season! Are you still planning on playing the first game at some point? I’d love to watch you do a play-through! I’d recommend lowering the difficulty when facing David though as he’s by far the scariest monster in any video game I’ve ever played 😨😬😬

My least favorite episode of the entire show. Just felt a lot of the writing and dialogue choices was almost cringe worthy.
