Rebels 4x13 * FULL LENGTH REACTION

I love the small gestures and details in these shows. I'm sure I've missed a ton, but definitely not the one with Hera!

I would definitely be up to no good if I had access to all of this. But then again, somehow, he's got access to it too, which would put a wrench in my plans.

Final mission... here we go!

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the movie.  You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

Rebels 4x13 * FULL LENGTH REACTION

It's definitely the hardest lesson to learn... feeling that you would be able to save Kanan but not following through with it. Ezra has grown so much since the first episode of the series, and he's matured just so much. It still sucks that Kanan is gone though, he was the main reason why I enjoyed Rebels ๐Ÿ˜…

Ahsoka should have just let Ezra learn his lesson by trial and error ๐Ÿ˜ˆ I don't know how Palps knows about this place, though I would like it if someone else managed to get to that place and see what they end up doing. I would definitely feel like a god and mess with everything ๐Ÿคฃ

I would be fine with possibly break time if it meant getting more Kanan ๐Ÿคฃ Oh she's 33?! I guess I thought her looks would have changed a decent amount, she only seems like 5 years older than she was in Clone Wars (even though I know more time has passed). I think her voice sounding exactly the same as in Clone Wars doesn't help. This is why I need way more obvious visual/auditory clues when a character gets older ๐Ÿ˜…

We did briefly see some sith magic in the clone wars in the Yoda arc where Palps and Dooku used some sith magic to try and tempt Yoda with the image of Sifo-Diyas. This would be along the same lines of some ancient sith magic that can connect him to the open portal. All through Star Wars, we know that letting go of attachments is not only one of the hardest things for a jedi to achieve, but also shows their growth and maturity typically becoming masters (well, not anymore). Obi-Wan and Satine, Kanan pushing Hera away to sacrifice himself, now Ezra realizing that he has to let Kanan go for the greater good and he's at peace with it. That was his last lesson, letting go of attachments. For an orphan that lost his parents and Kanan became his father figure, not just his master, that's both growth for ezra and a beautiful sentiment that all of this Dume stuff was Kanan trying to teach Ezra how to become, essentially, a master.

The World between Worlds is something that defines explanation or understanding but I do know that this is NOT and NEVER will be a multiverse or time travel. The way I understand it, Ezra was always going to save Ahsoka, he didnโ€™t change anything. He could NEVER saved Kanan, that was all a temptation by Sidious. Just look at the iconography on that doorway because it is Sith. If Ezra had walked though the door to save Kanan, he would have come face to face with Sidious and then RIP Ezra. There are voices from the prequels, original trilogy, the sequel trilogy and even Rogue One. This is an episode that I highly recommend watching it with the subtitles on.

I had the same reaction when I first watched this as you did where I told Ahsoka to "Shush" I just wanted Kanan back! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ญ But it's one of the toughest lessons Ezzy had to learn though that Kanan made a sacrifice that he can't change no matter what, even when he was nearly presented with the option to he has to sadly let him go. He can only honour him by moving forward with the lessons he taught him and eventually finding the moments where he's needed most like a Jedi Should. Still though The "World Between The Worlds" is one of the craziest things they've introduced into the Lore but it's such a neat thing! Of course Old Palpy would want his Greasy fingers over this place! ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Loved this episode. I do think if Ezra had saved Kanan, he might have created a time paradox, because if Kanan didn't die, Ezra wouldn't have been able to find the Temple and go to The World Between Worlds, preventing from saving him in the first place, which could break time itself or result in you ceasing to exist depending on how time travel works in this universe lol Ahsoka at this point, at least by Season 2, is 33 years old, so I kinda get why she sounds wise. She's older than Kanan was. I imagine she probably returned to her time on Malachor shortly after Vader left. Fun fact when you see Morai the Owl, you hear "I am the Daughter" in the background. I'm not sure if Morai is literally the Daughter's avatar since she sacrificed her life to bring Ahsoka back to life after the Son killed her in Clone Wars, or if Morai was like the Daughter's pet and follows Ahsoka around because of that. Really loved your reaction and your thoughts and look forward to these last 2 episodes of the series.
