Rebels 3x02 * FULL LENGTH REACTION

Go Kanan go!!

He still has much to learn, and I'm glad Bendu is helping. Kanan seems much more at peace with the little bit he's trained so far. Plus he gets to sense that Ezra is in danger... it feels like he's going to be a force to be reckoned with once he hones his skills.

I am disappointed that Agent Kallus is still part of the empire, but it makes sense for now. If he does switch over, we'll need to see what is the straw that breaks the camel's back. I hope it's his next meeting with Zeb!! I'll be upset if he doesn't leave the Empire though πŸ˜‚

I love seeing the trust between Kanan and Ezra. Though Kanan can't see, Ezra still lets go and trusts him to grab him πŸ₯°

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the movie.  You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

I'm intrigued by him since he's smart! I love a smart villain. So whatever is considered "Legends" is no longer Canon... that's interesting and makes everything confusing haha

If you want to learn more about Thrawn I would recommend that you read the newer β€œThrawn series” by Timothy Zahn( who created the character back in 1991). The first books take place slightly before this episode and tells of his background. I would also highly recommend that you read the original Thrawn series by the same author after you finish Rebels. They were bestsellers when they first came out and continue to be beloved by the fans. You remember those books are considered Legends so are not Canon to the universe anymore. Zahn described Thrawn as a "composite of various historical and fictional personalities, including Erwin Rommel, Robert E. Lee, Hannibal Barca, Alexander the Great, and Sherlock Holmes, to name a few". You got to love the mysterious Bendu

Ahh ok it takes place before Rebels thank you! I'll still rewatch it just to get a grasp on it a bit better. Also thanks for pointing out the Y-Wings, that's something that I'm terrible at noticing, so I like hearing about it

Rex is just a bundle of experience. He's so calm in all situations, and so cheerful too! Ezra showing such vulnerability is refreshing. Especially after seeing how things were when the Jedi council was there and Jedi felt more robotic/distanced from their feelings and emotions.

Rex coming in Clutch as usual! if there's anyone who can deal with "Clankers" it's him lol Poor Ezra crying out for Kanan when he didn't know what to do, right there is when the Mask came off and the boy who was lost and needed his Master resurfaced

The episode of Tales of the Empire where we see Thrawn takes place before Rebels. (Thrawn is an Admiral in Tales of the Empire and Grand Admiral here in Rebels). Another fun (maybe ?)/side thing to note : The Y-Wings bomber recovered in this episode are part of the squadron we see in Rogue One at Scarif and later in Episode IV when the rebels attack the Death Star.
