Spooktober on Patreon!

We'll be finishing up "The Pacific" this month, and starting Arcane next month when it comes out!! So if you need (or want) to brush up on what happened in season 1, now is the time :)
So this schedule is what I'm hoping to get done but with the cooler weather, this is the time of year that my back issues usually creep in again, which may affect my reaction recording. If that's the case, then the non-horror movies that don't get done this month will be done in November ๐คฉ
Also, I'm going to have a poll this month for a November reaction of "Best Picture Winners" which will up on Patreon tomorrow!
If you are dressing up for Halloween, I would love to know what costume you'll be wearing!! I have no plans yet, but the month is still young!!

2024-10-04 14:19:49 +0000 UTCOoh this looks like a great month, lots of exciting movies to look forward to, even if my beloved Children of Men will have to wait for another time. Also Iโm very curious to see the options for the best picture poll. Best picture winners can be very hit or miss. I tend to view it more often as a curse, as many winning films tend to crumble under the weight of such a prestigious award, and end up suffering more reputation damage for being undeserving. A recent example is Coda, a perfectly pleasant and heartwarming film that isnโt really exceptional in any way, and is now most often referenced mockingly. Anyway please excuse my rambling, and please just leave Crash (the worst best picture Iโve seen by a wide margin) off the poll and Iโll be happy.
