He tried, he really did! He'll get there eventually, thankfully Kanan is pretty damn awesome and good with the Force.
I'm liking Kanan more and more and... I JUST CHECKED AND FREDDIE PRINZE JR. IS KANAN?! Well that's something I never expected. He was a heartthrob in like the 90s(?) and it seems he now does voices for animated series and video games?! I love it!!!
Also, I'm pretty sure Caleb is Kanan, and I love how Bad Batch did that, and now it makes sense why Caleb's voice is much deeper than I would have expected, it's so people who watched Rebels would recognize the voice!!
I am so hoping for a Rogue One style Vader!!
For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the movie. You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

It's always an interesting conflict when the two leads are on different sides. To see how they'll resolve everything and grow as characters is something I'm looking forward to!
