Tales of the Jedi - Ahsoka 1x01, 1x05, 1x06 * FULL LENGTH REACTION

For this series, I'm doing things a little bit differently. I split the series into two videos, one for Ahsoka and one for Dooku. I recorded it all in order, but then realized that I didn't want the video to be partially Dooku and partially Ahsoka, so in this video we have episodes 1, 5 and 6!
It was great to get a bit more insight into Ahsoka's character! From her humble beginnings with the Force, and seeing just how much Anakin has made her train in order to become exceptional. Just seeing her with Anakin and Rex was enough to make me want to rewatch Clone Wars because it is just so amazing to see Anakin care about her so much.
It was also neat to see her after episode 3. How she tried to just live a normal life, then the stupid kid happened, and I had forgotten about Inquisitors until I saw the handle of the lightsaber.
I am so hoping to see Ahsoka in Rebels, instead of having to wait until her live action series 😁

I do agree with you though, the Dooku episodes were overall the better ones, but "Practice Makes Perfect" was my favourite. Usually I feel like seeing our favourite characters is done just for nostalgia, but it was very well done in this episode!

I will always gladly welcome anything with animated Anakin and Ahsoka together, and I think the tie-in to the final episode of Clone Wars was very well handled and did not just rely on nostalgia or emotional manipulation

2024-06-19 17:05:53 +0000 UTCThat last episode in the farming village was basically an extremely brief retelling of the events of the Ahsoka novel. Definitely recommend it. The audiobook version is actually narrated by Ashely Eckstein, Ahsoka's VA. So that's a bonus.

2024-06-19 05:21:20 +0000 UTCOhh!!!! Very good catch, I didn't notice it was them! I kept expecting to see Caleb in Bad Batch at some point... now I'm curious if he'll be in Rebels haha That Inquisitor looked amazing! A shame he met up with Ahsoka... that was his last mistake 🤣

2024-06-17 16:03:28 +0000 UTCI noticed Little Caleb & his Master watching Ahsoka as she was training in front of the Jedi, the same dude from the Opening of Bad Batch, that was a cute Cameo haha I wonder how Caleb's faring these days 🤔😂 probably still traumatized I would imagine 😬😅 Also Damn that Inquisitor has one of the most Badass designs for an Inquisitor to date!

2024-06-16 19:06:46 +0000 UTCSo interestingly there was actually an 18 book young-adult series featuring Obi-Wan as an apprentice appropriately called "Jedi Apprentice" published between 1999-2002. I read the first 5 books as they were in my local library but never finished the whole series. This was a great 3 episode arc and I'm glad you enjoyed it! All those training sessions with Rex and the boys really ended up paying off.
