Pretty great episode, we found out who the bounty hunter was, they befriended a Rancor, and OMEGA HAS A WEAPON NOW! 🤩

Her playing around with the comlink was great. I don't know how they're doing it, but her cuteness is so working for me in this show. I wonder if it's the accent.

2024-01-04 19:16:05 +0000 UTCI definitely need to read Star Wars once I'm done everything, and perhaps even rewatch a lot of it. I love just how much information and events there are! I'm pumped to see Omega integrate more with the Bad Batch, and also seeing them navigate a world where they have to fend for themselves and learn how it all works. So far it's such an amazing series, I'm so glad they made it, and there will be another season this year!!

2024-01-02 17:32:06 +0000 UTCIt was great seeing Ord Mantell in this episode. In Legends it was like this hub for Bounty Hunters. It was first mentioned by Han Solo in Empire Strikes Back where he mentioned encountering a Bounty Hunter there. It would have made an appearance in the Son of Dathomir Arc, but was still there in the comic version. It also made an appearance in The Old Republic MMO and Old Ord Mantell City looks alot like in the game with the mountains and the plains. Cid, voiced by Rhea Perlman, is quite the interesting character. Rhea also played Cara Tortelli who was a head waitress of a bar in Cheers which is a pretty fun coincidence lol It was cool to see the Zygerrians again. Looks like they relocated to Ord Mantell after the Republic messed up their plans on Kadavo, and likely plan to reorganize there since the Empire doesn't really care about Slavery. Loved seeing Omega get a Light Bow and be more proactive and save the Batch. Interesting how Muchi was likely one of the Rancors from Return of The Jedi and Bib Fortuna being Cid's client. Love this angle of the Bad Batch not exactly trusting Cid but also they kinda have to to survive.
