Band of Brothers: We Stand Alone Together *FULL LENGTH REACTION

Here is the version that I watched: YouTube

In a way we get to relive the events of Band of Brothers through the stories that these veterans share.  Obviously it's not as detailed as the episodes that we saw, but it was so great to hear the veterans' thoughts and outlook on what happened.

Absolutely such a marvelous series, and this documentary was also great to watch πŸ₯°

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the episode.  Also know there is an extension that allows you to do Picture-in-Picture in case you are interested: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/picture-in-picture-extens/hkgfoiooedgoejojocmhlaklaeopbecg?hl=en

I will be taking next week off of TV reaction since I have a LOT of work/housework to catch up on (winterize the house, do some end of year yard work), so Chernobyl will begin in 2 weeks 😊

Comments

Thank you!! It is now on my "to watch" list

Here is a very recent interview with Michael Cudlitz, who played Sgt "Bull" Randleman, about his experience with the BoB series and meeting and portraying Sgt. Randleman. This channel also has some interviews with other actors about their experiences with the men that they portrayed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cfsUZKWcVww

I'm so sorry to hear about how you were affected. I cannot imagine how horrible it is to be affected by that. I just wish people wouldn't have to go through war and suffer through everything, it's just heartbreaking to see. πŸ’™

Could not watch the entire series again. Made it to about episode 6. But I did watch the intro and ending on all of them. You are very kind. No hates war more than a warrior. If you have specific questions about how war changes people feel to ask me I will do my best to answer them. I am 100% permanent disabled with PTSD/Moral Injury. It is very complex and the term used is probably too broad because there are so many symptoms, triggers that fluctuate over time.

A remarkable tribute to those brave gentlemen. Thank you all for your service.
