But what about a wife audio but you wife is secretly an Eldritch Goddess or The listener is terminally ill and has been talking to a girl but said girl is death (Death from DC comics personality wise at least). Or a Mafia Boss one I kinda like those. I would think of more but this is more than enough and what you asked for.
