I have no prior knowledge of this play, so when Cam mentioned that you thought that one character was going to become the scarecrow, that blew my mind! You mentioned that right after another character said he was a Munchkin woodsman, that means he becomes the Tin Man, and as far as the cowardly Lion, must be the Lion Cub that was rescued in the end!! Another thing Cam, it's kind of funny that YOU would pick on the word 'puns' when that is your middle name!! LOL

2025-03-29 23:22:56 +0000 UTCThe waking up and it all being a dream is just part of the MGM movie and not the books. Kinda like how the slippers are silver in Wicked because they are silver in the books; MGM just made them ruby to make them pop in color; and then trademarked the ruby slippers.

There is one thing I don’t understand though, weren’t all the events in Oz in The Wizard of Oz all part of Dorothy’s dream, so is all of this part of the dream. I guess I will have to watch The Wizard of Oz again to see if I missed something.
