You have seen Gage in one of his other famous movies. That kid played Tom Hanks young son in Apollo 13. Other than this he is most famous for being in kindergarten cop with Arnold Schwarzenegger which is another of my favorite movies growing up. The actor that played Louis starred in one of my favorite TV series as a kid playing a cop from the future hunting criminals from the future in the 1990s. Because I know all of the cast from other things I thought I had seen this movie when I was younger but I must’ve started it and turned it off when I saw where it was going because I would’ve remembered a lot of this.

2024-11-28 06:21:49 +0000 UTCI noticed you didn't even catch the Stephen King cameo. He was the reverend at Missy's burial. Gage has always been a favorite horror character of mine. Fred Gwynn was Herman Munster in the original Munsters series and in this movie perfectly captures the character the way King wrote him. The way he talks right down to the "ayuh" is basically how it was written. I don't think there has ever been a better storyteller than Stephen King. Nobody develops a world and characters like he does.
