The reason the nanny killed herself was because the dog "hypnotized" her. Presumably, the dog was sent there by the Devil or Mrs. Baylock. This was the only way to get Baylock into the Thorne household to protect and guide Damian. * Jerry Goldmith wrote the music for this and parts 2 and 3. All three scores are terrific; he wrote the scores for numerous movies and was nominated for an Oscar 18 times, but won only once, for this film. * And, when George Lucas was filming Star Wars, he was running out of money and had to ask 20th Century Fox for more. Because this film was a huge hit, Lucas was able to finish Star Wars. True story.

2024-12-27 06:17:11 +0000 UTCThat was such a scary movie when I was a kid. I'm afraid of heights and when I saw that lady plummet down and go through an Ambulance, I was in shock for a long time. I'm glad you guys laughed through most of it because I got to see the humor in it!
