I really like you guys most of the time, but in this case -- you had to have missed a good 25% of the dialogue with the constant chatter back and forth. Obviously, it's not like y'all can sit there in silence the whole time, and it's your gig to provide commentary. But you're completely blowing past important dialogue and story points.

If you like legal dramas, you may like ‘To kill a mocking bird” (1962) probably one of the best movies ever made.

So glad You did this movie. Really well written script. You should watch the Tom Cruise movie “The Firm” …where he once again plays a lawyer. Also the Movie “The Judge” with Robert Downey Junior and Robert Duval is OUTSTANDING. Both legal must see’s😊

Quick note: When you guys were wondering why Lt. Caffee (Cruise) was telling Capt. Ross (Bacon) that they found Lt. Col Markinson and what they are planning, it's because lawyers in the case are actually legally obligated to do that. Prosecutors must also provide the defendant copies of materials and evidence that the prosecution intends to use at trial. This process is called "discovery", and continues from the time the case begins to the time of trial. A prosecutor has a continuing obligation to provide the defendant documents and other information which may reflect upon the case. A failure of the prosecutor to do so can expose the prosecutor to fines/sanctions by the court. Further, the prosecutor is required to provide the defense with evidence that may hurt his case, called exculpatory evidence. This evidence could show the defendant’s innocence. If the prosecution does not provide it to the defense, it may require a new trial. But, at least in some sense, discovery is a two-way street: Defendants have to turn over certain information to the prosecution. This obligation is referred to as "reciprocal discovery".

This is one of my favorite movies of all time (along with Stand By Me). Two Rob Reiner classics and you did them both! Thanks. 😊

I’m so glad you finally got to this movie. This is number 1 on my top movies list. It was the first time I heard fast paced dialog like this which I really like plus the combination of the time period, being set in the fall and in places I recognize all contributed to me loving this movie. It is a fun coincidence that you watched this close to 12 Angry Men because that was a big influence on this. Both were plays and I’ve found movies based on plays can have better writing because on stage you are limited in settings and characters so you have to rely on the script. Aaron Sorkin is one of the best writers alive today. I think this is the first of his stuff you have seen. I like that they didn’t have a relationship between them. It would have been too cliche. A couple fun trivia bits. One of my favorite ad libs of the movie was Tom Cruise grabbing the book out of Kevin Bacon’s hand so that wtf look from Kevin was real. The baseball game that Danny is watching when Jo comes to take him to dinner I was actually at so that was cool when I saw it the first time. I had worked with Kevin Pollak on a movie before this and him being in it was a reason I saw it in theaters. I sent him a congratulations note afterward and he sent me a script from it.
