And yes, for real, the US and USSR had SALT and SALT II arms treaties which helped back away from the path to mutual nuclear destruction we were all on.)

2024-04-01 15:46:31 +0000 UTCAfter watching the extended version, it may be the first time I ever felt that the director's cut was worse. It takes too much time to get to the fun parts that I loved in the original version. The original cut was much better paced and left a lot more mystery to what was happening. The original was a near perfect movie to me and this just diluted that imo.
