2025 - July - Tier 1 Release

So sorry for the late release, the program i use for OSTFs wasn't working and it kept corrupting the images, so i had to remade several and finally they all got finished today. UGGHH such a pain, again, so sorry for the late release, but July Releases are a good one to be sure, especially Tier 3.
But now with them all done, here's Tier 1. Enjoy!
