Update: Membership Tier adjustments.

I am back, more or less, still playing catch up, but December will get its full release, probably slightly delayed, but it WILL be out before the end of the month.
That being said i have also updated the membership tiers. I did this to be more fair to the price and to change over to making image sets the primary content going forward as per voted on in the previous poll.
