Since Bourne had accepted Gildarts's duel invitation, neither of them hesitated anymore and walked toward the sea.

"We're going to fight here?" Gildarts looked at the sea, then looked at Bourne, wondering what this guy wanted to do. He thought that they would fight on the island, but this guy proposed to fight on the sea.

Bourne didn't say anything and took off his suit then gave it to Mirajane. He then stepped on the top of the sea, then the water suddenly solidified and became as hard as concrete ground.

Looking at Bourne's action, Gildarts also followed and stepped into the sea. He was surprised when he felt the sea became hard, and looked at Bourne with a serious expression. He knew from this action alone, he could tell that Bourne was a very strong magician that controlled water since Bourne was capable of turning a water which was liquid into hard, as hard as a concrete ground.

"You're very strong," Gildarts said and walked, after feeling comfortable with his steps, after all, it was quite weird when the sea became as hard as hard concrete, but with his talent, it didn't take a long time before he familiarized himself with the terrain.

Bourne then turned toward Gildarts and said, "I have heard that you're the strongest magician on the Fairy Tail and even most of the magicians on the continent can't match you." His expression turned serious and said, "So don't disappoint me."

*BOOOOM!*

Bourne directly released his magic power and put tremendous pressure toward Gildarts.

The sky turned dark, there were powerful waves around the surrounding area, and thunder struck down one after another.

The members of the Fairy Tail started to have a cold sweat around their bodies since the pressure which was released by Bourne also affected them.

Mirajane, who held Bourne's suit, asked, "Erza, how long has it been for him to get serious?"

Erza rubbed her chin and said, "Seven years ago?"

Hearing Erza's answer, Mirajane nodded and thought about the fight seven years ago against one of the strongest Dark Guilds, Grimoire Heart.

Erza and Mirajane knew after that fight, Bourne had never showed his 100% power to the world again. They were sure that if someone asked them who was the strongest magician on the continent, then it would be their husband.

However, Erza and Mirajane also understood why Bourne was quite excited.

In the past few years, there was almost no magician that could make him, using all of his power, so hearing that Gildarts, who happened to be the strongest magician on the Fairy Tail, Bourne was curious and also felt excited to see how strong this person was.

Looking at their father, who became so serious, Violet and Ford were also dumbfounded since they had never seen their father show such temperament and expression before.

"...How strong has he become?" Erza Scarlet asked with a dumbfounded expression. In the past, she had been defeated easily by Bourne. Even though she was known as the strongest female magician on the Fairy Tail, she knew herself that she had a big gap between herself and Bourne.

Erza Scarlet thought that she had become stronger, but then when she saw Bourne's power at this moment, she thought that her training wasn't enough.

Cana, who thought that this battle would be an easy battle for her father, also started to feel anxious since the pressure which was released by Bourne was very powerful.

Even though they cheered Gildarts, they didn't dare to be so rude in front of Bourne, and some of them also cheered on Bourne, afraid that the jobs that Bourne gave to their guild would be taken down.

If Gildarts wanted to defeat Bourne, he needed to use a magic that could destroy Bourne in one blow or another, Bourne wouldn't be defeated no matter what, especially when Bourne was at the top of the sea.

The figures of the two men were huge.

Gildarts was around 1.88 meters and his body was full of muscle.

On the other hand, Bourne was around 1.95 meters, even though his muscles weren't as huge as Gildarts, but his body seemed very powerful and didn't lose against Gildarts.

They looked at each other, and the fight could be started anytime.

"Start?" Bourne asked with a smile.

Gildarts felt that he was being looked down upon. "Good! Let's start!" He directly covered his fist with his magic, which was known as "Crush Magic". As long as his fist touched Bourne, then Bourne would be destroyed and turned into several parts.

Gildarts didn't hesitate and leaped directly in front of Bourne, raising his first, ready to slam it toward Bourne!

However, Gildarts's eyes were wide open when he saw Bourne's action.

Bourne also raised his fist and was ready to welcome Gildarts's attack.

Gildarts didn't think too much about Bourne's actions, but he was startled when he saw the magic that covered Bourne's fist, since the magic that covered Bourne's fist at this moment was his trademark magic which was known as "Crush Magic".

Then in a second, two fists met each other and it split the sky into two directly.
