He's back in his perfect cell body because he got such a boost in power from recovering from his injuries that having 18 didn't matter anymore. and now he is stronger than he was previously

Theres still some content within the main series that would be fun to watch. The Cell VS Series, Buu Bits, and even Hellsing Abridiged. They aren't necessary but it would be great to see yall react to it too!
