Yup, we've seen several of those villains before. I haven't read the manga, so I could theoretically be wrong, but I'm almost 99% sure that the guy you're talking about is Hero Killer Stain, yes. Muscular (the big muscle guy) and Moonfish (the guy with blades shooting out of his mouth) were part of the League of Villains, waaaaaay back in Season 3 when the U.A. students went to that forest training camp. Deku defeated Muscular to protect Kota, and Tokoyami defeated Moonfish (offscreen) when his Dark Shadow went out of control. The fact that Overhaul couldn't even open his prison cell. LMAO There might have been other villain cameos, but those were the only four people that I recognized (five if you count All For One).
