You guys were kinda right about Yammy's attack being weaker, but one thing to note is that he shoots balas from his fists which are weaker than ceros, but 20x faster. Stark also played a mind game against Shunsui to make him think one gun was stronger while the other could shoot faster to trap him, but the reality is that both weapons are the same.
