I think they need to do a walk through with a fan to help them remember what everything is. It was so great to see the old homestead again after so many years. Couldn't believe how small the place is, how close everything is to each other. All the videos where they have to walk to everything, takes so long everything feels so far away. We're just so used to such big worlds now and really great draw distance. I loved this video, I really hope they do more in Minecraft.

I've never had money to visit any conventions to meet any of you wonderful creative and funny people. I remember watching as much of the minecraft vids as I could, from the silly splitscreen of episode 1 to the finale. So much life lived, so many fun times. I can't believe how much has happened. From housing difficulties, to watching my dad pass away from cancer, terrible abusive relationships, to being happily married and ready to start a family of my own. You guys helped me thru some of the darkest moments of my life, and helped me to laugh even thru the most difficult of times.

A lot of other Minecraft players do the same thing over and over, but this crew always tried to do something different and keep it fresh. It wasn’t always perfect, but there still was a lot of great memories. It really felt like a “you don’t know what you got till it’s gone” situation. Happy to get to revisit this with the OG’s!!

Definitely want more of Geoff and Gavin finding lost memories in the Achievement City map. Perhaps a game where both are randomly placed somewhere on the entirety of the map... and they must find each other. Each has their own adventure (take "photos" of destination spots, help triangulate the other's direction), and perhaps finds a few familiar faces along the way with hints. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Keep it up, guys! Love all of the content.

I watched all these videos religiously as a uni student when they first came out, but in the last few pre-pandemic years I really fell off of RT content hard. Then during COVID I fell back in love with F**kface and Face Jam and now in the post-RT era I listen and watch religiously to the content from Regulation, 100% Eat, and of course Morning Somewhere. It's like so many of us fell in love with RT, drifted apart, and came back to our old favourites anew after years. Poetic really.

Storm the Tower, Capture the Tower, Dig Down, Wool, Shopping List, Petting Zoo. When most of these came out, I was a fresh faced university student who used Minecraft LPs as an escape to another world from the stress and anxiety of navigating an engineering degree and severe mental health issues. Now I'm in my early 30s and have a mortgage and I'm watching them getting nostalgia all over again. Thank you so much for doing this, Gavin and Geoff, and for keeping Regulation going.

2025-05-12 11:31:09 +0000 UTCI really appreciate ai upscale for some things. my fave show of all time (the delightfully insane farscape, 1999-2004) lost all of their original film so they couldn’t rescan up to 4k. thanks to an enterprising individual the entire series was redone and looks amazing now. the show is already available for free all over the internet (as well as a yt livestream that runs 24/7 and has looped for over a year) so no piracy or profiting.

And I still remembered so many of the small details that they talked about in the video. It gives the same energy as some of the Lets Build episodes where we got more background for some of the “projects” in achievement city. I've been watching you all since even before the release of the very first Minecraft video and I've seen ALL the Minecrafts over and over multiple times and that's not even mentioning the hundreds and hundreds of other hours of content I've consumed over the years that weren't Minecraft. I grew up watching all this and just to see it now really gets me emotional. It makes me feel a way I haven't really ever felt. It's a whirlwind of nostalgia and I loved that you all journeyed back and honestly I hope it happens more. It's like I'm recapturing my childhood almost and it's bringing me back to a time where I felt more innocent with less care in the world. Less responsibility and I just want to say thank you. For everything over the years and helping build me to who I am and thank you for this trip back to where I love.

2025-05-12 02:30:19 +0000 UTCMan, what a magnificent video, with some bittersweet nostalgia From, discovering RT at 11 years old because of the projectile dysfunction video, to spending EVERY single night of my middle and high school years watching almost every video from the AH and LP channels, and a significant portion of the regular RT channel all the way up to 2019, through most of my college experience. I'm not sure why i fell off the Roosterteeth wagon, and it definitely filled me with great sadness that i couldn't convince myself to go back to watching. This company was my daily routine. I remember Friday being my favorite day of the week, not just because it was the weekend, but because of the Minecraft LP's. I would sit there at my computer, watching, but not really watching, videos on the RT site, just waiting for minecraft That said, i'm not sure of the cause, but i've kind of hopped back on. Discovering the regulation pod in the last few months has been a blessing. Hearing Geoff and Gavin has been wonderful, and getting to know about Eric, Nick, and Andrew (after hearing so many stories about him over the years) has been great. I've even found myself rewatching various Let's Play, and there's just something so, healing? about it. Sky Factory is even better than i imagined This video fills me with the sort of warmth, joy, and intangible feeling that i haven't distinctly felt since high school. Back to the days of being a scared kid with little social skills and no friends, but i was able to feel surrounded by friends and likeminded people watching Minecraft and a million other videos So yeah, thanks Geoff and Gavin. Hope to continue seeing where you guys go

Matt showed us a couple secrets he built, one of which I don't think anyone ever found, and then he and Jeremy got hired that weekend. It ended when someone pulled a fire alarm and a ton of the staff stayed behind to say thank you and sign stuff for Guardians. I still have the pink backpack with all of those signatures. This is amazing to see.

Him personally making bad decisions doesn't mean that he also gets to ruin our previous memories as well. All of the videos with Ryan are fantastic, and don't have anything mentioning his actions. So odd to let someone get to you so bad that you have to try and forget about them. Good somtimes comes with bad, just enjoy the good that is there without focusing on the bad.
