2025-03-24 16:46:06 +0000 UTCI work at a grocery store so my list is specifically “I fucking hate this song and always have” or “I didn’t mind this song at first but after three years of hearing it multiple times a day, I loathe it.” Joni Mitchell/Counting Crows - Big Yellow Taxi, Manfred Mann - Blinded by the Light, Billy Joel - Piano Man, Sheryl Crow/Kid Rock - Picture, anything by Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Imagine Dragons, Meghan Trainor.. any shitty covers of better songs (In the Air Tonight, Fast Car (the techno version, not the country), Drive My Car, You Get What You Give, etc.) I hate Imagine Dragons so much that they pushed Nickelback out of the top spot for me. Also, Gavin wins immediately for me by picking Blurred Lines. Andrew’s right - we don’t want to claim Robin Thicke. That song gives me the ick. (Weird Al’s version slaps) (And the Dusk Bois song choice makes me sad that the AH musical isn’t available for download anymore. Lindsay’s Rap was amazing.)
