That's the worst along with the people that think when you're coming down a side street toward the main road you shouldn't start braking until about 10 feet from said road so that you appear out of nowhere and the nose of you cars goes into the main road slightly. Leaving cyclists the only options of hitting their car at full speed, laying their bike down, or going into the road and hoping the next car is paying attention. Makes riding at night when people are more likely to be drunk driving almost preferable since head lights and less general road noise provides more sensory information to attempt to not die with.
