He'll absolutely Geoff it before the end and one of the others will snatch the victory. I think Andrew will make a few too many decisions without thinking ahead far enough where his choices come back to bite him in the ass. The win will go to either Nick or Gavin, and while Gavin has a better chance due to skill and experience, this will be his downfall as the others will see him as a bigger threat and target him. Following this logic, Nick will likely win.
