Nick, Eric, Andrew and Geoff play and literally in the recording at the start of the game it says "invite" while they are all sitting in the lobby. Prompting them all to invite a fifth player. They then discuss relegation of the lowest player so the player sitting out can play the next time. This seeds themselves into the mindset that the game is only four players whilst Gavin is absent.
