I’m way late watching this, but for Eric’s bullet train idea, unfortunately it would just look like a bullet falling down as if it were dropped from the train. Gravity is still affecting the bullet so it would not move perfectly horizontally across the window as Eric wishes.

Most Japanese Bullet trains go anywhere between 200 and 275 miles per hour, so it is possible to fire a Cannon and have it “walk” past a train.

Andrew telling Gavin the next one is a super regional beverage has me convinced it's birch beer soda, the only people I've heard of that drink it are all from out east and I've only seen it sold here in BC once ever

I would be curious to hear if that is what he is thinking of. Another option is he could be weirdly combining the 1979 movie with the 1966 cartoon show. Combing the art style of the 66 show with the bike of the 79 movie. That is my best guess.
