Traffic speed is cranked up and his goal is clear, now all Nick has to do is make it. Does trying to do this before you've unlocked all of the map matter (yes)? Only one way to find out. You could do everyone gets 15 minutes (or other time period) in this mode to land Nico onto the highest building they can. You can still do it watch-along style to try and put each other off.
