Gavin, im turning in my regulation listener status for you. This may be one of the few times my profession can help someone outside of work, I literally work on printers and copiers for a living and may be able to help you. Do you know the manufacturer and model of you printer (like HP, Lexmark or something)? I would guess you dont have the right software on your computer to talk to the printer and it's causing a delay and errors in printing.
