Bailin's Longing - illustration wips
Added 2021-07-18 20:00:01 +0000 UTCTime for another illustration! I got inspired to draw him again...
Here's a bit of my process. I do a rough sketch, and then I block in the illustration with grayscale, taking care to make sure my values show where I want my focal point to be. Note that the lightest values are only used at the focal point (the pure white light reflecting off of Bailin), and the highest contrast is also at the focal point (the shadows under Bailin next to the pure white of the light reflecting off of Bailin).
