But real talk, I would like to know what's your guys' opinions take on them. I've already asked a few friends but I would like to extend the conversation to you guys and get an informed opinion based on your feedback.
Do you like the idea? What do you think of it? If you were to partake, what's a price you'd expect? What do you look for in said adoptables?

2023-04-25 21:56:46 +0000 UTCThere are so so many variables. Like River stated, it depends on if you are using a base, set price vs auction, and the complexity and detail of the adopt itself. Simple adopts with no extra art off-base could be like 20-30 for a new seller. On base, probably a tad less. But more detailed and you keep adding. And the bigger you are known the more you can charge. You've already got an audience, so 20-30 would probably be a bit too low for you, but if that's what you want to start out to dip your toes in the water - that could be a starting bid for an auction instead of the autobuy. Also, I've been seeing genital only adopts pop up every once in a while.

(Both your own or someone else’s) If you’re not, and the poses are custom each time, those can go from 60-80 depending on complexity. Or if you make a base for it and make a lot of them, you could run them a lot cheaper. You could also do a combination thereof, and offer them at a lower price on the base, but offer extra art of the characters if people pay a higher price! It also depends whether you want to do adoptable *auctions* or *set price* adoptables, bc that can change whether you want a low starting price and see where the bids go or set a bit of a higher price.
