Top 15 Atari 2600 Games REDUX (Exclusive)
Added 2024-08-19 23:00:04 +0000 UTCG'day champs, hope you all enjoyed the episode on the 2600. Something a bit more loose and unpredictable. The last time I made a dedicated Atari video was back in 2018 which was a poorly received Top 15 ranking of my favourite games. People enjoyed the video... those who watched it did anyway! π
So now you've all earned yourself the pleasure of seeing an updated version including some old favs, as well as a few new gems I discovered while working on the video. Some games I didn't even know I owned or had never given the time of day, some really fun stuff. Would def recommend having a play of some of these in an emulator or something if you've never played the system before. Really gives you a good sense of appreciation for how far the technology has come.
Anyway I appreciate all of you for your continued support! The next exclusive is going to be a bit different as the video topic is a research experiment I conducted over a period of 10 years. I'm planning to make all of my datasheets available on Patreon for anyone interested in having a look over the numbers for yourself so I hope that's cool.
