I've actually found that the speed generally depends on the moding environment you have. If you have mods that control speed you can get any number of results, some slower and some faster. I must say though it's hilarious to see your character clip thier legs and deck them in the face at Mack 5

These are awesome, the only gripe is that they are REALLY fast. The sprint animation speed is jarring.

This is only an issue with this moveset. Here is a video Example https://streamable.com/hwa2wg You see a lot of the animation is extra idle time compared to actual attack. You could cut down a lot of this and still have a seamless idle. Almost every animation in the mod is like this except for the block, getupfront/back animations. If you cut down the idle by 60-70 percent it would be perfect. The MCO universal helps with a few of the normal and power attacks but the character gets stuck a lot. Especially after a dodge.

Whoa, amazing work. I was just looking for a new fun "unarmed" moveset to use, and this is so satisfying use. Punches feel heavy and forceful, in the best kind of exaggerated way.

Still it's the same with the MCO universal support. Checking the animations with HKX poser I think you extended the idle too long after an attack that's why it takes time to move. The attack is quick in the 1st few frames but the rest is the idle.
