Potatoes and Patrons

As requested I have been filmed peeling potatoes while answering some of your questions.

With the arrival of Elias, things have become much more productive when it comes to producing videos so you will be seeing much more of me.

Hope you enjoy todays video where I prepare a traditional Sunday lunch in the cottage for the family.

I actually printed out the list and was totally amazed at the number of projects that have already been completed and the vision and creativity of those yet to be done. Such an enjoyable “visit” with you! Thank you for answering our questions. My husband and I were so excited to learn of your dream for the future. That sounds amazing. Elias is doing such a nice job with the filming and I’m hoping will free you up to keep doing the things that inspire you. Speaking of, cannot wait to see your new art and purchase some prints! In the meantime, I’m going to have to up my game in the cooking department! We could almost smell delicious aromas and taste the potatoes and beef from here!

3 eggs, 100g flour and 200ml milk xxx

Wow to the Yorkshire puddings!! The vegetable peelings etc I read in a gardening book to put them in a pan with herbs , seasoning add water and simmer to make vegetable stock. Strain. So that is what I do now. Just keep in freezer until needed.

Plain flour I just didn’t catch the amount 🤦‍♀️

What type of flour do you use for the Yorkshire puddings? I’m going to try them.
