The Heroes' Battle 英雄之戰

The composition of the population in the North Wasteland was complicated. The races with different cultures and habits lived together there. Conflicts were inevitable, and the barren soil and lack of food resources made people fight against each other endlessly.
Hunger and wars had been the main theme of this land until Monica and Hex came.
After finding that the dead intruded, people gathered and retreated further north as Monica had expected.
Among the retreating crowd, however, there were different voices starting to emerge.
“Monica saved my child from hunger. I want to save her, too!” A mother said.
“Hex is protecting my village,” A teenage boy shouted. “I want to protect more people like him!”
Voices like these spread like ripples. The will to fight gradually heated up until it was unstoppable. People turned around and rushed toward Monica and Hex.
Years later, the crucial battle that changed the North was called “The Hero’s Battle”.
Heroes will fear, but they will never surrender.
Heroes will encounter setbacks, but they will not be defeated.
On that day, all the people in the North became heroes.
北境荒原的人們，從來沒有如此團結過。
北境荒原的人口組成複雜，各種文化、習性迥然不同的種族，都雜居於此處，衝突在所難免，而貧瘠的土壤和匱乏的食物資源，更讓人們爭奪不休。
饑荒和爭戰，是這塊土地一直以來的主旋律——直到莫妮卡和海克斯的出現。
在發現亡靈入侵後，原本人們的反應，和莫妮卡的預期一樣，是聚集起來往更北方撤退。
但撤退的人群中，卻開始冒出了不一樣的聲音。
「莫妮卡從饑荒中救了我的孩子，我也要去救她！」一名母親這樣說。
「海克斯保護了我的村莊，我也想像他一樣，保護更多人！」一名少年這樣喊著。
這樣的聲音如漣漪般擴散，戰鬥的意志逐漸升溫，直到勢不可擋…人們回過頭，往莫妮卡與海克斯的方向奔湧而去。
多年後，人們稱呼這改變北方命運的關鍵一戰為「英雄之戰」。
英雄會恐懼，但不會屈服。
英雄會遭遇挫折，但不會被打倒。
——這一天，北方的人們，全都成為了英雄。
