Opinion about the Blue Sapphire level

I want to do a survey to know your opinion. The Blue sapphire level did not have a significant impact and during these days the testing phase did not pass, that is why I wanted to ask your opinion about this level.
This September there will be the Blue sapphire reward, but for this level to remain available choose one of the following options.
With the data obtained I will decide if the Blue sapphire level will continue to be available.
This will also help me to know if I should increase the workload or optimize it.
