Unexpected server downtime
Added 2025-01-25 18:19:37 +0000 UTCLast night the hoster reported an unexpected crash of servers in our geolocation. As of today no details have been received yet, servers are still unavailable. The hoster has assured that he is actively engaged in fixing the current situation.
We also apologize for the temporary inconvenience.
UPD 02/05/2025: According to the latest update from the data center, server maintenance is almost complete.
UPD 02/14/2025: We, and surely you, are tired of waiting. Freedom Club Community is moving to a new server, and our admins will be doing all the installations over the next few days. Since the restore will be done from a backup, some users may have to recreate their accounts.
UPD 02/16/2025: As of today, we can confidently say that the recovery of the community website is fully completed. All the basic functionality is fully functional, except for some rare bugs, which we are detecting and fixing with your help.
Since the recovery was done from a backup, some recently created accounts are missing. We manually try to recreate missed accounts for our members and send new credentials. But this takes time.
If you find that your account is missing, please register it and let us know. We will update your rank and you will be able to enjoy all the functionality and privileges.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, this situation was completely unforeseen and we could not influence it. We have made the appropriate conclusions and taken measures to ensure that this can not happen again.
Due to these unforeseen circumstances and the inconvenience to our members, we will not be revising account ranks, even when they are revoked, until April 1. That is, if you canceled your support in January/February, your rank and access to the community will not be affected. It's the least we can do for our Members and Partners and smooth out an unpleasant experience.
