I assumed it was a burger and it probably had the paper wrapper around it that says In and Out.

Ben says that a guy "found this pristine..." interrupts himself to explain that in and out isn't on the East coast then says that the guy came across this "thing" and never mentions what the"thing" is. I assume it was an in and out Burger just from the context but how do they know it's in and out?
