This is Tareth'Narad, or Tarenad if the length of his noodly name intimidates you. He's a simple dragon who likes the simple things in life, such as sitting on a meadow and admiring his tail. Pah, dragons...
Now that I think of it, he doesn't even look much like an eastern dragon. He's definitely something else, which is one thing I love about him! Kudos to the artist for putting up with the 20+ or so visual refs I gave her for this guy. He started off as a coyote-dragon, and became something very different along the way.
