Daenerys and Drogon!
Added 2015-06-19 21:54:54 +0000 UTCNghhhhhh I don't usually do this. I really don't. Sharing sketches of artwork before it is finished? Inconceivable! And yet, I HAVE TO DO IT BECAUSE THIS SKETCH IS WARM AND FULL OF LOVE!
Ok, I'm calm. Whew...my heart is still racing after receiving this preliminary sketch. It's something I commissioned lovely Amayensis from deviant art to draw, and she said she will do it in two to three weeks because exams. But then, she sent me this, and I was soooooo happy and wanted to make YOU happy as well!
So, as you probably guessed, this is not the final version of this drawing. It's a sketch, but a super amazing one that looks too good for a mere sketch in my opinion. Seriously, she managed to capture the emotional depth I had in mind for my story. While this particular scene didn't really happen in my story, it still packs an emotional punch unlike any other to me.
I just...I love it...

P.S: Of course I told her to go with the sketch on the right. It looks unbelievably good and the way Drogon leans his head over her shoulder like a protective guardian is too much for me.
