It’s been 6 months since his last solo comeback. After working hard for his fans and achieving a quick comeback, Jin plans to be active throughout 2025.
In November of last year, Jin released his first solo album “Happy,” which conveyed his sincere desire to share more happiness. The album topped major charts both domestically and internationally. On the 2024 Hanteo Chart year-end album chart, it ranked 20th, marking the highest rank for a solo artist.
Beyond music, he continues to be active across various fields such as performances and advertising. Since being honorably discharged from the army as an active-duty soldier in June last year, Jin has held a solo fan meeting, was selected as a torchbearer for the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics, appointed global brand ambassador for Gucci, and selected as a model for various advertisements, continuously drawing attention.
He is also standing out in the broadcasting world. Every Tuesday, through BTS’ official channel BANGTANTV, Jin is releasing his own variety show “Run Jin,” showcasing a wide range of challenges. Not stopping there, he also appeared on the Netflix original variety show “Kian’s Bizarre B&B,” which premiered on April 8 and hit No. 1 on Netflix. Episodes 4 to 6 of “Kian’s Bizarre B&B” will be released at 4PM on the 15th.
With Jin resuming his music activities next month, he is expected to lead the first half of 2025 with new solo promotions, following BTS’ j-hope.
