FREE COPY of No-Nonsense Buddhism For Beginners by Noah Rasheta

No-Nonsense Buddhism for Beginners by Noah Rasheta is the ultimate guide for anyone who’s ever thought, “Buddhism sounds cool, but do I really have to shave my head and move to a monastery?” (Spoiler: You don’t.)

This book is like Buddhism’s chill best friend—the one who breaks down centuries of wisdom without making you feel like you need to sit in silence for 12 hours to get it. Noah Rasheta skips the cryptic riddles and impossible koans (no offense to Zen masters) and instead delivers the essential teachings of Buddhism in a way that’s easy to understand, fun to read, and surprisingly applicable to your everyday chaos.

Wondering if suffering is really optional? Curious about enlightenment but also really attached to your Netflix subscription? Debating whether meditation can help with road rage? This book has got you covered.

In No-Nonsense Buddhism for Beginners, you’ll learn:

Perfect for skeptics, beginners, and anyone who wants to be a little more Zen without overhauling their entire personality, this book makes Buddhism as approachable as a cup of tea and as practical as a pair of comfy socks.

Comments

I have been a practicing Buddhist for about 25 years. A good first book is Approaching the Buddhist Path by the Dalai Lama and Thubten Chodron. Buddhism is not really an exclusive religion and doesn’t require one to give up your religion of origin to avail yourself of Buddhist wisdom. I know Catholic Buddhists and Jewish Buddhists. The Rabbi at one of our local temples used to be a Buddhist monk😆

May I have one please? I could use this rn—maybe pass it on to 1 of my brothers. A woman my age & generation—72yo political awakening & 1970s starting my activism—has delved into Buddhism from time to time. If you have a copy to give, what’s the process? Should I DM my street address?
