On the 7th, HYBE stated, "We would like to inform you that incorrect information regarding the memorial ribbon is being spread," and "There is no reason for the company to block artists from wearing memorial ribbons.

HYBE added, "We also coordinated with the broadcasting station in advance the subtitles, MC comments, etc. regarding the reason for wearing memorial ribbons," and "During this process, all artists expressed their intention to wear them, and we tried to provide the same ribbons to New Jeans. However, they expressed their intention to wear the ribbons that they had prepared themselves, so we respected that and made the final decision."

On the 7th at 10:30 AM, the 50th Civil Affairs Department of the Seoul Central District Court held a hearing on the injunction filed by Adore against the members of New Jeans to preserve the status of the agency and prohibit the signing of advertising contracts, etc. The New Jeans (Minzy, Hani, Daniel, Haerin, Hyein) side mentioned the Jeju Air disaster that occurred at Muan International Airport last December. New Jeans attended the '66th Record Awards' held in Japan on December 30th, the day after the disaster.
